2026 SHRED PLAN

The INCREASED Plan is stage 4 of our 4 stages. This plan will provide you with 1800-2000 calories a day which includes all breakfast meals, lunch meals, and dinner meals. Also, you will receive 5 fit snacks of your choice. The Fit Meals in this plan are very large in size. Strick protein, carbs, and veggies!

*All meals will include a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable. Please select your meals for us to include in your plan. For best results we recommend staying in this stage for a minimum of 4 weeks.
