The Shred Plan is stage one of our 3 stages. This plan will provide you with 1000-1100 calories a day which includes all breakfast meals, lunch meals, and dinner meals. Also, you will receive 5 fit snacks of your choice.
*All meals will include a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable. Please select your meals for us to include in your plan. For best results we recommend staying in this stage for a minimum of 4 weeks.
