The Shred Plan is stage one of our 3 stages. This plan will provide you with 1000-1100 calories a day which includes all breakfast meals, lunch meals, and dinner meals. Also, you will receive 5 fit snacks of your choice.

*All meals will include a protein, carbohydrate, and vegetable. Please select your meals for us to include in your plan. For best results we recommend staying in this stage for a minimum of 4 weeks.


Breakfast Meals:

Deadlift: P38 C30 F12 Cals 380

Egg whites, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and turkey sausage wrapped up in a whole grain wheat tortilla. Served with raw broccoli and salsa.

Power Oats: P19 C36 F4 Cals 222

Protein packed oatmeal topped with bananas and cinnamon sugar.

Protein Parfait: P21 C13 F10 CALS 226

Greek yogurt topped with berries and sliced almonds.

Italian Scramble: P45 C26 F6 Cals 338

A combination of ground turkey, Italian sausage, egg whites, and jasmine rice. Topped with parmesan cheese and green bell peppers.

ALLSTAR: P39 C15 F18 Cals 378

Protein pancakes, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and boiled eggs. Served with sugar free syrup.

Breakfast Tacos: P41 C14 F5 Cals 265

2 mini corn tortillas loaded with egg whites and chicken. Served with a side of salsa verde and shredded cheese.
